Menopause is natural and requires no treatment. The treatments are given keeping in mind signs and symptoms. The treatments also focus on helping one cope with age-related issues and chronic conditions.

Treatments include options like hormone therapy where low doses of oestrogen are prescribed to provide relief from symptoms like hot flashes. Oestrogen infused vaginal creams or tablets are prescribed to help with vaginal dryness, discomfort and urinary issues.
