If you are under 35 and have been actively trying to conceive for past one year without success…

If you are over 35 and have not conceived within six months of marriage…

Irrespective of age and marital life if there is any underlying medical problem in either female and male partner,which can possibly interfere with conception like endometriosis, PCO tub 71 block, fibroids  adenomyosis, semen problems and  sexual issues.

 EVALUATION MADE EASY:

Broadly speaking these tests are meant to assess the general health of thecouple state of ovaluation (release of egg from the ovary) any block in the tubes,condition of the uterus and ovaries,semen analysis

The couple needs an ovary of investigation to determine what may be problems to the prevent conception

 TESTS AVAILABLE:

Our centre several blood tests are available to determine it you, your partner ,or both of your have a problem that is  causing infertility. Hormones assays available include

PELVIC USG:

Genetic testing may be required in related cases bases based on the —–. An ultrasound scan is painless procedure  that helps to track the development of the follicles in a womans  ovaries. An ultrasound scan of the ovaries is needed at the beginning of menstruation on day 2 or 3 to rule out the presence of cysts. The inner lining of the uterus (endometrium) is also assess. Once treatment for ovarian stimulation by gonadotrophins has been started ,a repeat scan is performed nearly a week later to measure the size of the follicles formed and followed up socially fell ovulation

SEMEN ANALYSIS/DFI

Semen analysis includes number of sperm, structure, motility, viscosity and presence of any infection. The sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI) reflects the integrity of and the damage to the DNA the genetic material of the sperm, thereby detecting potential sperm damage .it is considered a crucial indicator in evaluating semen quality in related cases .male evaluation also includes USG genitals following clinical exam.

HSG, SSG

HSG is an OP x-ray procedure to determine if the fallopian tubes are open, the shape of the uterine cavity and any pathology in the uterine cavity

SSG is similar to HSG, but the procedure is done with USG guidance

HYSTEROSCOPY & LAPAROSCOPY:

With the advent of cutting-edge, technology, it has become a feasible option to perform fertility, preserving minimally invasive surgeries with  precison  and fitness. Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy are two such surgeries used to diagnose and are certain female infertility conditions.

LAPAROSCOPY:

It is done with a small  cut in the abdominal using a LAPAROSCOPE to  which a light source and camera are attached. It enables doctors to see ovaries,uterus and fallopian tubes inside the abdomen.laparoscopy can be useful in patients with normal USG with symptoms like pelvic pain & abdominal pain to chek if there are any conductors  life endomentions or blockage in the fallopian tubes.laparotary can also be used to treat cyst,fibroids and endometriosis simultaneously.

HYSTEROSCOPY

A hysteroscopy is used  to see inside the womb. A light source and camera are attached to the  tool. It  is usually done to determine the cause of abnormal  bleeding and to remove growths in the uterus like  fibroids & polyps. During the test, we can find and treat the problem at the some time

INTRA UTERINE INSEMINATION

The goal of this procedure is to improve a woman’s chance of getting  pregnant.

This method is particularly  beneficial for the couples whose infertility problem is unexplained and ambiguous. This technique  is also used when male partner has ejaculating women due to psychological issues,impotence,vaginismns or anatomic problems and when donor sperm are required

IVF

It is the most common ART technique, IVF involves stimulating and retrieving multiple mature eggs from a women,fertilizing them  with her husband’s sperm in a dish in a lab,and implanting the embryos in the uterus three or five days after fertilization  either in the same cycle or after freezing.

TREATMENT OPTIONS:

Once the evaluation is completed, the approximate treatment plan for the couple is suggested. Even if the result are inconclusive and the cause( unexplained infertility) treatment is still very much available.

• OVALUATION INDUCTION

If a  women is not ovulating by herself of ovulation may be required with tablets or infection.

FOLLICULAR MONITORING

It is a vital component of fertility assessment .it employs pointers technique for assessing growth of ovarian follicles of regular intervals and documenting the process of ovulation

ICSI

Single healthy sperm is infected directly into a mature egg.  ICSI  is often used when there is poor semen quality and quantity or if fertilization  attempts during prior NF cycles failed.

EMBRYO  FREEZING

The procedure involves freezing the fertilized eggs from them to create embryos , letting them after 3-5 days and then freezing them

When tthawes the fertilized eggs-embryos- can be implanted either in the patient or in another person

This is the first successful  procedure

FRESH EMBRYO TRANSFER

It is a procedure where fertilized eggs-embryos- are transferred to the uterus of the intended mother several days after the egg retrival

 

TESA &TESE

It is a surgical biopsy of the testis where TESA  on testicular sperm aspiration is performed by inserting a needle in the testis and aspirating fluid and tissue with negative pressure. The aspirated tissue is then processed in the embryology laboratoey and the sperm cells extracted are used for ICSI.

PESA

It does not require a surgical  incision . A small needle is passed directly  to the head of the epididymis through the scrotal skin and fluid is aspirated. The embryologist retrives the sperm cells from the sperm cells from the fluid and prepares them for ICSI.

FERTILITY ENHANCING SURGERIES

Laparoscopy  & laparotomy will helps a  woman conceive on her own without requiring additional fertility treatments.

You will have a better chance of pregnancy IVF success as  food has an indirect relation with the process and the right choice of food with the process and the right choice of food will help your body to respond in a better way
